Alofa Lei Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Alofa Lei swimwear. If something isn't quite right, you can return full-priced items within 14 days of delivery for store credit or an exchange.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags and hygiene liners attached, and returned in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bikini bottoms or one-pieces if the liner is removed or tampered with.

Exchanges are free and depend on stock availability. Sale items, promo purchases, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

To start a return or exchange, email us at Alofalei.team@gmail.com with your order number. Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue your store credit or send out your exchange.

Store credit does not expire and can be used anytime on alofalei.com

We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible! Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please allow 1-3 days for fulfilment.

Australia & New Zealand:

Once processed, orders generally arrive within 3–7 business days with standard shipping, or 1–4 business days with express shipping.

United States:

Standard delivery is approximately 5–14 business days from order fulfilment.

All Other International Orders:

After your order is processed please allow 5–14 business days for shipment.

Shipping Information:

Please note: delivery estimates do not include weekends, public holidays, or unexpected delays outside our control.

If you need your order urgently, please email us with your name, address, and order number. We’ll be happy to provide you with a custom shipping timeframe.
